Mathematical modeling for transmission dynamics of infectious diseases and analysis for control strategies

We study the transmission dynamics of respiratory and vector-borne infectious diseases. Based on infectious diseases and related data (population ment and meteorological data), we simulate the spread of infectious diseases and predict regional risk. We study the early warning of infectious diseases using real-time outbreak data in Korea, and communication with related organizations on the results.
