Agreements on Convergence of Gravity Wave Science
The National Institute of Mathematical
Sciences, the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, the Korea Astronomy
and the Korea Institute of Standards and Technology have been working together
to accelerate cooperative research and to prepare a framework for the
convergence of Korean gravitational wave research.

The major agreements on this day are the development and operation of
joint programs for the development of gravitational wave convergence projects,
the sharing of facilities and personnel for convergence studies, and the
utilization of global exchange and manpower in the gravitational wave field.
The agreement period is three years, and the institute will play a role in
the study of data analysis techniques based on mathematical theory and the
analysis of gravitational wave data.
