This conference is the continuation of the First and Second China-JapanKorea Joint Conferences on Numerical Mathematics Hokkaido in 2006(Homepage) and the second at Weihai in 2008(Homepage). The history of these three countries joint workshop goes much earlier than 2006 back toback to the two joint conferences between China and Japan since 1992, and between China and Korea since 2001 in this direction. The method of computation and simulation has been an essential tool to develop various areas from science, engineering, medicine, finance to industry. Rigorous numerical analysis of computational methods guarantees not only efficiency and reliability but also motivations for new innovative methods. The objective of this conference is to provide a forum for discussions and exchanges of ideas about recent advances in numerical analysis and its applications among leading numerical analysts from China, Japan and Korea. This will also accelerate interactions among these regional computational scientists as these countries locate closest in contact geography and culture and are increasingly interested in economical exchanges. The conference will lead to probably the most effective international collaborations by numerical analysts of these three countries in the future.
