In today's landscape, where large generative models thrive on extensive datasets and significant computational power, finding scalable, efficient, and privacy-preserving training techniques is of utmost importance. Moreover, as deep generative models achieve new levels of maturity and current evaluation metrics become insufficient, there's a pressing need for more robust and insightful evaluation metrics. These metrics should not only offer clearer guidance for enhancements but also pave the way for innovative approaches in the generative domain. In this seminar, I will present the latest research from our laboratory that tackles these critical issues.
